Please be aware that one or more items in your order might be shipped from one or more warehouse outside the United States.

Please be reminded that our prices DO NOT include any customs duties or taxes.

Transit Time- Does not include standard processing time of 1-2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US/Canada Holidays. Returns 

Every product is checked for quality before shipping, all items are packed in protective packaging to ensure safe delivery! 

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center within 35 days from order date in accordance with our online policy.

To process a return, please go to the  Return Center link and complete the form and provide the required information.

Received a faulty or wrong item? We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition or wasn't what you ordered. So that we can get this fixed for you please contact us at info@aristagems.com to help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information; Your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Picture of the damage/wrong item and a Description of the fault. The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.

Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us after your return has been approved via email.

Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

  • Print the returns address label below and return the package by using your local Post Office and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Remember to add your order number under the returns address you'll find this in the Order History section on the My Account page.
  • Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
  • Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.

 Exchange

We do not offer exchanges at this time. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

  2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label on a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
  3. Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship.
  4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.

Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.

Delivery Refusal:  If you refuse any shipments from Arista Gems.com, you will be held responsible for a restocking fee and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any refund amount issued.

Refunds and Processing

It can take up to 15 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our facility and processed.

Once we receive your return the next step is for us to inspect the item(s). Once our inspections are complete we will refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your original form of payment within 3-7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your Arista Gems  account.

We’ll make sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
